What is included in the “complete” package?

Included in the “Complete Package” is attendance from bridal preparations until first dance (plus 3 songs). The final delivery consisting of :

• A Cinematic Short (approximately 2 minutes duration).

• A music based Highlight Film (approximately 10 minutes duration).

• A longer documentary style Feature Film including full ceremony, full speeches and additional highlights from throughout the day (approximately 90-120 minutes duration). Factors such as, if it’s a religious or a civil ceremony will affect the overall duration of the completed film.

What happens after i book?

Once a booking is made you will receive a confirmation email. We will then be in touch approximately four weeks prior to the wedding to confirm all scheduling details and discuss the wedding day and your final video preferences.

How long after the wedding can we expect to receive our film?

You can expect to receive your film within 6 weeks but this can take a little longer in busy seasons.

What to expect from your videographer on the day?

I arrive for bridal preparations 2.5 hours before the ceremony start time; capturing details throughout the morning before departing for the ceremony location. Arriving a 1/2 hour prior to its scheduled start time for equipment set-up the ceremony will then be captured in full. Post-ceremony is usually the time for capturing couples & bridal party shots plus drinks reception moments. Speeches are captured prior to or after dinner and a dinner break is taken while bride, groom & guests are dining. Coverage concludes after the couples first dance (plus the following few songs) or at 10pm. whichever occurs first.

Drone footage

Drone footage highlighting beautiful venues or homes is an additional extra. On occasion it may not be possible to fly a drone. Reasons for drone not being flown may include insufficient time in the schedule, bad weather, flight restrictions, be it IAA or venue imposed, or in unsafe conditions. Some venues may contact a bride and groom prior to their wedding to request a copy of a drone operators licence. Currently our drone is licence exempt due to its weight classification. Drone footage €100 which is refundable if circumstances prevent its usage.

How do i book?

Once you have made the decision to proceed with a booking and you have confirmed your date is available, we will send you a link to the on-line bookings page to complete a short form where there is also a facility to make a deposit payment to secure the date.

When is payment due?

A deposit is payable upon booking. The final payment is due in full 4 days prior to wedding date if payment is via bank transfer, otherwise payment on the wedding morning.

Can i choose music for my film?

Absolutely! For your Highlight and Feature Film you can send a list of songs you would like used in your film or you can leave it up to us. Your choice!

fILM AND EDING STYLE.

The editor has full creative control of the final film. Any alterations requested will have an additional editing fee of €70 p/h.

On a positive note, if you like our samples then the chances are you will love your final edit also.

Are there any hidden fees?

There are a few optional extras you may choose when booking however these are optional and prices are clearly stated. Once your package is chosen and booking is made there are no additional charges.
